Isotope data: C, N d13C, d15N measurements for S. latissima grown at Bantry Marine Research Station in 2023 (no salmon farm) and 2024 (salmon farm). 

WQ data: Nitrogen water quality measurements for the kelp farm at Bantry Marine Research Station in 2023 (no salmon farm) and 2024 (salmon farm).
