User Perception of the Digital Financial Services and Its Impact on Financial Well-Being

This research aims to analyze user perceptions of digital financial services in decision making, identify the influence of using financial services on user financial behavior, and assess the comprehension of digital financial literacy in digital financial service users. This research uses a purposive sampling method involving Three hundred and seventy respondents involved in this study filling out a questionnaire distributed via Google Forms. The collected data were analyzed using the SmartPLS program with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach to test external and internal models, and produce findings related to data validity and reliability. The findings of this research suggest that financial literacy, financial skills, digital finance, financial stress, and financial self-efficacy are positively associated with individual financial behavior.
