This repository contains all necessary code to replicate the simulations presented in the artile Predicting Topological Entanglement Entropy in a Rydberg analog simulator, as well as the main data used in the figures.

Necessary data to reproduce the figures present in the main text. Each data is named after the correponding figure. 

Code

Source code is provided in the subfolder `src` and contains all architectures necessary to conduct the simulations of this work. 

Example scripts are also provided as individual files. Explanations on how to use the code are provided in the subfolder.
