2D dataset for SpheroidPicker spheroid detection including 1023 images + 134 images.
The original dataset is split into training, validation, and testing
Train 717 images
Val 153 images
Test 153 images

The dataset includes an additional set of images, which can be used for unseen testing
Labeled mask annotations marking the spheroids.
