Microscopic Colitis single-cell RNAseq

Description

Patients with microscopic colitis, chronic diarrhea without histologic signs of microscopic colitis, or unaffected controls were profiled using single-cell RNA sequencing. T-cell receptor sequencing was also performed on a subset of patients. A combination of 10X genomics and inDrops technologies were used. Individual transcriptomes were analyzed to characterize the cellular profile associated with microscopic colitis and search for mediators of disease pathology. This page contains the processed data; code for processing inDrops reads and for generating the publication figures can be found in the Zenodo archive of our GitHub repository (10.5281/zenodo.14990696).
