Epigenome-wide association study of objectively measured physical activity in peripheral blood leukocytes

EWAS summary statistics of hours of sedentary behaviour and moderate physical activity. Model 1 consisted of associations between DNA methylation (outcome) and hours of sedentary behavior or moderate activity (exposure), adjusted for blood composition, age and smoking. Model 2 in the other had was further adjuster for average of the total number of steps per day. The total N for each EWAS was 353. 

EPIPREG (Epigenetics in pregnancy) was used as discovery cohort. In short is a sample which consisted of both European and South Asian women. More details about EPIPREG can be consulted on the source publication (https://doi.org/10.1371/journal.pone.0256158).

For citations, I would preffer that either the paper or both the paper and the zenodo dataset to be cited. But not only the zenodo dataset.
