Description

Data related to the research article "Stress-induced phase transformations in Ti-15Mo alloy at elevated temperature" (https://doi.org/10.48550/arXiv.2501.08857https://doi.org/10.1016/j.matlet.2025.138232). The article figures were produced solely from these data sets employing data processing methods described therein. High-resolution SEM images (related to Fig. 1) are available directly in the PDF and web version of the manuscript (published journal version).

Files with XRD patterns XRD_pattern_XXX.txt (where XXX=sample designation, in line with Fig. 2 in the manuscript) each contain three columns: 2θ [°], Intensity [log. a.u.], and Normalised Intensity [log. a.u.].

Files with microhardness data HV_XXX.csv (where XXX=sample designation, in line with Fig. 3 in the manuscript) each contain four columns: Indentation number, Microhardness (HV 0.5), Real Indentation Position X [mm], and Real Indentation Position Y [mm].

Experimental conditions are described in detail in the manuscript.
