Audio encryption algorithm employing data-parallel approach
Description
In this paper we present a parallel algorithm for encrypting audio files. The parallel algorithm is designed using a data-parallel approach and uses a pseudo-random byte generator based on Ikeda and Tinkerbell - mathematical functions of chaos theory. Analysis of the encrypted audio and image files shows that our proposed scheme performs comparably to other existing algorithms.
