profiles.zip contains synthesized radar response at 5 km intervals along radar lines.
Each .mat file contains following: idx = trace number, lat = latitude, lon= longitude, z = depth in m, time = time in seconds, dPhv = cross-polarized synthesized power anomaly, dPhh = co-polarized synthesized power anomaly, chhvv = coherence phase difference, phaseder = gradient of coherence phase, drivingDirection = direction of driving ( orientation of V), drivingSigma = standard deviation of driving direction over 20 averaged traces.
curveFitting.zip contains amplitude and phase of 180- and 90-degree sinusoidal signal components fitted to the co-polarized power anomaly.
*20trace_average.mat contain fitted signal at depths of 800 m, 1000 m, 1500 m and 2000 m. Parameters include the above and additionally: coherenceMag = magnitude of phase coherence, curvefit180 = fitted 180 degree signal at 4 different depths, curvefit90 = fitted 90 degree signal at 4 different depths, maxAmp180/90 = maximum 180-degree/90-degree signal amplitude, maxAmpDir180/90 = azimuth of highest 180-/90-degree amplitude, rmse180/90 = root mean square error of 180-/90-degree fit, sse180/90 = sum of squared errors for 180-/90-degree fit, rsquare180/90 = R² for 180-/90-degree fit.
*20trace_average_highres.mat contain signal fitted at 20 m depth intervals. Same parameters as above.
traveltime-anisotropy.zip contains apparent horizontal eigenvalue difference derived from travel time differences following Gerber et al., 2023 (https://doi.org/10.1038/s41467-023-38139-8)
scatteringOrientation_800.zip, scatteringOrientation_1000.zip, scatteringOrientation_1500.zip, scatteringOrientation_2000.zip contain shape files with orientation and strength of scattering (180 degree) signal
