mOTUs4: Taxonomic profiles of >100'000 metagenomic samples

Description

The latest version of mOTUs (v4) has published ~4 million genomes of which ~3 million are MAGs. Those genomes were clustered into ~125k species level clusters (see Dmitrijeva et al) and used to build the mOTUs marker gene database. The mOTUs tool was then used to taxonomically profile ~112k metagenomes and resulting profiles can be found in this repository. A thorough explanation on how to use/load the profiles can be found in the Readme.(md/html) file.
