ICEBEAR 3D echoes for 23 April 2023

ICEBEAR 3D data for 23 April 2023, organized in a matlab struct. The struct contains the following fields, all of which is an array with one element per detected radar echo:

t -- (Matlab datenumber)
lat -- (geographic latitude in degrees)
lon -- (geographic longitude in degrees)
snr -- (signal-to-noise ratio)
doppler -- (Doppler speed in m/s)
azimuth -- (radar azimuth in degrees)
el -- (radar elevation angle in degrees)
alt* -- (altitude in km)
mlat** -- (geomagnetic latitude)
mlon** -- (geomagnetic longitude)
mlt** -- (magnetic local time)

* Altitudes for azimuths <-5 degrees are anomalous

** calculated using the AACGM system, extrapolated from outdated coefficients
