Distribution and habitat. Only known in India and China (Prabhoo 1960; Liang & Xie 1992; Wang et al. 1999). Terrestrial.

Distribution in China. Zhejiang Province (Liang & Xie 1992); Hunan Province (Wang et al. 1999); Shandong Province (Chen 2009).
