Reinterpreting Bell's Inequality: Eliminating Digitization with Deterministic Correlations via Malus's Law

This paper reinterprets Bell’s Inequality by addressing a digitization flaw in its framework, which reduces continuous polarization states to binary outcomes. Using Malus’s Law, a deterministic and continuous correlation function is derived, matching quantum mechanical predictions, including maximum violations of Bell’s Inequality: 2√2. This work highlights the deterministic nature of quantum correlations and proposes a refinement to the interpretation of Bell’s framework, bridging classical optics with quantum phenomena.
