Here we provide the source code for our article: "Human Motor Cortex Encodes Complex Handwriting Through a Sequence of Stable Neural States". It contains the implemenation of the Temporal Functional Clustering (TFC) algorithm, and the state-dependent neural decoder. It also contain all the source code to reproduce all the results in the Figures.
