Fiji (ImageJ) plugin to open Xradia XRM files

This is a Java plugin for Fiji (ImageJ) that reads *.xrm, *.txrm, and *.txm image files (from Xradia XRM systems) and opens them as a stack. It now also sets the voxel size in the Fiji stack using the pixel size in the XRM file. To install, just download the files and drop the two jar files (poi-3.7.jar and XRM_Reader.jar) one at a time onto the Fiji main window; see the Readme file.  

Also included is a macro to make thumbnails and metatdata text files for Xradia image files. The script automatically processes a directory and its subdirectories, leaving an easily readable thumbnail image and metadata file with the same filename base as each unpreviewable *.xrm, *.txrm, or *.txm image file. It makes an XYZ montage for each reconstructed stack and a 0°- 90° mugshot for each projection series. This version can take as input a single file, several files and directories.
