Information Seeking Behaviour Model
Description
The process by which people look for and use information to meet their requirements is described by the Information Seeking Behavior (ISB) Model. It includes a variety of tasks, including as identifying a need for information and then assessing and applying that knowledge. The approach emphasizes how information seeking is dynamic and iterative, impacted by a variety of factors, including environmental context, cognitive biases, and personal experience.
