Genome reannotation of Meloidogyne chitwoodi (Race1)

Description

This is the newest version of Meloidogyne chitwoodi genome annotation (version2) results based on the genome assembly data from Bali et al., 2021 NCBI BioProject PRJNA666745, Assembly ASM1518303v1, GCA_015183035.1. 

A total of 12,597 genes were predicted in this version of M. chitwoodi genome annotation with a BUSCO annotation scroe of 71.0% using metazoa_odb10 dataset (Manni et al., 2021). 

RNA-sequence data used in this genome annotation are available under NCBI BioProject: PRJNA1190951.
