Description

This dataset is the digital appendix to the accepted publication "An Analysis of Federal and Municipal Chatbots in Germany" from CONVERSATIONS 2024 (publication in progress).

Within the ZIP file the following files are included:

  • Codebook.xlsx: A table with all categories and codes which were used in the final analysis
  • CodingRound-1.xlsx: The analysed data from the first round of coding
  • CodingRound-2.xlsx: The analysed data from the second round of coding
  • Figure_FeatureCodes.png: A figure presenting the categories and codes for the Feature Analysis, which could not be included in the paper
  • Final_Dataset.xlsx: The final dataset with all analysed chatbots according to the categories and codes from the codebook
  • Non-operatingChatbots.txt: An anecdotal list of evidence for chatbots which are no longer existing
  • UpdatedPatternCatalogue.xlsx: An updated version of the catalogue of Chatbot Interaction Patterns with new patterns which were found in this analysis
