New features

• Complete rewrite of file handling, leading to safer loading and saving, more supported file types, a much more powerful interface for background subtraction and more. Perfromance has also improved a lot. Details by @AntoineTUE in https://github.com/Julian-Held/OES-toolbox/pull/9
• A new build system based on cx_freeze that now builds windows .msi and linux appimage files. Thus, we now have offical linux support.

Upgrading

If you are upgrading from a previous version, a full uninstall is needed prior to installing the new version (one last time).
