Description
This report presents a guide to selecting high-quality commercial antibodies against DYRK1A in Western blot and immunoprecipitation using a knockdown cell line as negative control. This study was funded in part by the Simons Foundation Autism Research Initiative (SFARI), an organization that funds innovative research to enhance the understanding, diagnosis and treatment of autism spectrum disorders.
