NcCut Support Files

Description

The following files are provided for trying out NcCut, a tool for taking transects over images and NetCDF files.

 

  • example.jpg is a SAR image of sea ice floes in the arctic ocean from the Sentinel-1 satellite

    • Licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 IGO

  • orthogonal_project_example.json is an example file output from NcCut belonging to example_4v.nc to practice uploading orthogonal chain projects

    • Licensed under Creative Commons Zero v1.0 Universal

  • inline_project_example.json is an example file output from NcCut belonging to example_4v.nc to practice uploading inline chain projects

    • Licensed under Creative Commons Zero v1.0 Universal

  • example_3d.nc is a subsection of a modeled ocean temperature dataset from the MITgcm LLC4320 Model near the gulf stream

    • Licensed under Creative Commons Zero v1.0 Universal

  • example_4v.nc is a dataset of various ocean circulation metrics calculated from velocity data from the MITgcm LLC4320 Model near the gulf stream

    • Licensed under Creative Commons Zero v1.0 Universal

  • test_img.png is simply an image of a square to use to validate the transect tools’ accuracy

    • Licensed under Creative Commons Zero v1.0 Universal
