Disentangling the Effects of Global and Regional Drivers on Diverse Long-Term pH Trends in Coastal Waters
Description
This is the dataset for the manuscript Disentangling the Effects of Global and Regional Drivers on Diverse Long- Term pH Trends in Coastal Waters.
hypoxic_volumes.nc contains the daily time series pf hypoxic and anoxic volume for the hindcast run;
along_60year_spring,mat and along_60year_summer.mat contains the along-channel distrubtion of salinity, chlorophyll, DIC, TA, pH and oxygen for the hindcast run.
pH_sb_.mat contains the surface and bottom pH distribution for the 4 scenario runs.
acid_volumes.nc contains the daily time series of acidic volue for the 4 scenario runs.
hindcast_st.csv, basi_st.csv, co2_st.csv, nutr_st.csv contains the gam-generated trend of pH for the 4 scenario runs,
hindcast, basi, co2, nutr represnt 4 scenario runs (hindcast, DtrAlk, DtrCO2, DtrNut) analyzed in the manuscript, respectively.
