This repository allows the diagnosis of Ocean Near-surface Horizontal momentum balance from pre-SWOT altimetric data, drifter trajectories and wind reanalysis. The new method implemented here allows us to quantify closure efficiency, identify the sources of errors and to study the relative importance of terms and dynamical balances.
