Current valid name: Mico humeralifer (Geoffroy, 1812)
Lectotype [designated by Hershkovitz 1977, p. 595]: ZMB 7220, male, adult, skull, skin [skin not located]; Paricatuba, Amazonas, Brazil; collected by Schulz, 20 June 1893.
Paralectotype: 7221 (= 86311), male, juvenile, skin; acquired by Schulz on 11 June 1893 in Santarem, Tapajos, Brazil.
