VIEWS ON EDUCATION IN THE TIMES OF ABU NASR FARABI

Abu Nasr al-Farabi, a renowned philosopher and thinker of his time, placed great emphasis on education and upbringing. He regarded knowledge as the cornerstone of societal development and highlighted the importance of moral values in shaping individuals. According to al-Farabi, education and upbringing serve as tools for holistic personal development. This article examines al-Farabi's perspectives on education and upbringing, highlighting their relevance to contemporary pedagogy.
