An Overview of the Australian Digital Research Infrastructure Strategy

Australian research infrastructure is supported by the National Collaborative Research Infrastructure Strategy, which has recently unveiled a strategy to guide digital research infrastructure initiatives. This presentation will provide an overview of the digital strategy and its potential impact on imaging community and practices in Australia.

The presentation was delivered by Wojtek Goscinski, CEO of National Imaging Facility, Australia during the foundingGIDE Community Meeting in Okazaki, Japan (31 October–01 November 2024). foundingGIDE: founding a Global Imaging Data Ecosystem is a EU Horizon-funded project between Euro-BioImaging ERIC, EMBL, Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche (Italy), German BioImaging, Global BioImaging, RIKEN (Japan), Microscopy Australia and Australian National Imaging Facility.
