Software and data for manuscript 'The Ross Sea and Amundsen Sea Ice-Sea Model (RAISE v1.0): a high-resolution ocean-sea ice-ice shelf coupling model for simulating the Dense Shelf Water and Antarctic Bottom Water in the Ross Sea, Antarctica'.

This repository contains two packages:

(1) The MATLAB scripts used to generate the model configuration files. 

(2) Processed data and MATLAB scripts used to generate the figures in the manuscript.

Model forcing files (Boundary, Atmosphere, Nudging) exceeds the size limit, thus are not uploaded in this repo.
