Description
We performed spatially-resolved, single-cell sequencing of the DRN using STARmap and RIBOmap. This led us to identify cholecystokinin (CCK)-expressing neurons, which comprise a subset of DRN tyrosine hydroxylase-expressing neurons. Please refer to the README file for more detailed information. The code associated with analysis of this dataset will be available at the Wang lab Github page (https://github.com/wanglab-broad).
