Description
The dataset includes the raw data from the metabolomics analysis of primary and secondary metabolites from fruits and leaves of Micro-Tom tomato plants in 4 different treatments:
UU - no biostimulant (unprimerd), unstressed (control plants)
PU - primed with Ascophyllum nodosum extract, unstressed
US - unprimed, drought-stressed
PS - biostimulant-primerd, drought-stressed.
The stress itself was: moderate drought (6 days without irrigation, soil field capacity ~ 50%, 6 DAP samples)
severe drought (11 days without irrigation, SFC ~ 25%, 11 DAP)
recovery (two days after rewatering, 13 DAP).
