FIGURE 6. Phylogenetic analysis of the Echiniscus gemmatus sp. nov. based on 18S+28S+ITS-1+ITS-2 sequences in the Bayesian and Maximum Likelihood tree with the 4by4 and GTR+F+I+G4 evolution model. The new species is marked with blue shading, the Ech. spinulosus morphogroup is marked with light yellow shading, the Ech. spinulosus complex is marked with orange shading, and the Ech. brunus complex is marked with brown shading. The supporting bootstrap values (maximum likelihood analysis) as well as posterior probability values (Bayesian analysis) maximal support was indicated by asterisks (*); Diploechiniscus oihonnae and Testechiniscus spitsbergensis constitute the outgroup.
