Data from 'Actieplan uitgangsmateriaal voor autochtoon en bosbouwkundig plantgoed'

This dataset is associated with the INBO project 'Actieplan uitgangsmateriaal voor autochtoon en bosbouwkundig plantgoed'. In this project existing seedorchards in Flanders were evaluated and mapped, and new ones were established by vegetatively propagating material from the existing seedorchards. The datasets that were generated in this project consists of three different types.

1.  The Zaadboomgaard_XXX.kmz files. These files contain for each XXX location all individuals with a identifying code of the species which are in the "register van Vlaams bosbouwkunding uitgangsmateriaal". It is a georeferenced file that can be opened with programs such as Qgis. As these individuals are living plants the situation can change overtime, the situation in these files is that of 2024.
   
   
2. The "veldcodelijst" file. This excel file contains how many individuals and which clones are present on the previously mentioned locations. It also contains how many individuals and clones were present during the planting on these locations. As these lists are based on the ammount of living plants in a location the situation can change overtime, the situation in these files is that of 2024 unless otherwise indicated on file.
   
   
3. The excel results files of the propagation campaign. File A contains the results of all rooted plants after propagation initiation at the end of the project. However these small rooted plants were not always strong enough to be planted outside as some of them died during the winter or due to pests. File B contains the amount of plants that are ready to be delivered combining the results of the 2 years if already available at the end of the project.
