Using the Standalone Registration User Interface

The Human Reference Atlas (https://humanatlas.io) supports the spatial and semantic registration of healthy human tissue blocks from a variety of curated sources into a 3D common coordinate framework. This SOP focuses on registering tissue blocks from sources without an integrated interface. It contains instructions for using the standalone Registration User Interface (RUI) (https://apps.humanatlas.io/rui/).
