Description
Version 1.2 of the code necessary to reproduce the analysis for the manuscript "The genome of a sea spider corroborates a shared Hox cluster motif in arthropods with reduced posterior tagma", Papadopoulos et al. 2024. This is an archive of the GitHub repository https://github.com/galicae/plit-genome as of 2024-12-09 and includes improved code to submit the raw data and results to ENA.
