Innovative Techniques in Wireless Communication: Integrated Waveform Design, Physical Layer Security and ISAC Applications in Industry 4.0 and Beyond 5G
Description
Wireless communication systems underpin modern tech-
nologies, driving advances in personal connectivity,
industrial automation, and societal infrastructure. The emer-
gence of Beyond 5G (B5G) networks and the evolution of
Industry 4.0 present new challenges and opportunities. Appli-
cations such as smart factories, autonomous systems, and IoT
ecosystems require ultra-reliable, low-latency communication
(URLLC), enhanced security, and efficient resource utilization.
This paper investigates key innovations in wireless com-
munication, including waveform design, uplink and downlink
strategies, physical layer security (PLS), and Joint Radar and
Communication (JRC). These technologies form the founda-
tion for Integrated Sensing and Communication (ISAC), a
transformative approach that combines communication and
sensing within a unified system. By addressing challenges such
as multipath effects, interference, and spectral efficiency, this
study provides insights into the future of wireless communi-
cation systems.
