Description

These files include data used in the article titled: "Urbanisation shifts immunometabolism in a common bumblebee". Data files are .csv with comma-separated values, and include lichens metadata, gene expression ratio (Ct ratio to 2 reference genes), and pathogen loads measured in 7 bumblebees collected par site. Virus loads are estimated by the standardized numbers of genome copies, while Apicystis load is estimated by the standardized expression of an Apicystis housekeeping gene.
