janeloveless/mechanics-of-exploration: Second release of supplemental code/data

This is a revised release of the supplemental code and data for paper "Modelling the mechanics of exploration in larval <i>Drosophila</i>" by Jane Loveless, Konstantinos Lagogiannis, and Barbara Webb.

Following peer review, changes have been made to the generation of Supplementary Figure 4, within the script 6_trajectory_analysis.py. Code was changed to introduce transparency to the scatter points in the log-log plot of angular speed against curvature, and to generate additional panels showing the time-course of angular speed and curvature.
