This dataset contains the diffusion of nitrogen gas, hydronium ion, and hydroxide ion in water to train the DP model to describe the dynamic evolution of nitrogen nanobubbles with high precision using the SCAN functional.
This deep potential model accurately describes the diffusion of nitrogen gas, hydronium ion, and hydroxide ion in water, along with the dynamic evolution of nitrogen nanobubbles with high precision using the SCAN functional. The compressed model is more efficient for conducting molecular dynamics. For more details, see the paper and supporting information.
