SOCIAL PROBLEMS IN SAMARKAND REGION DURING THE YEARS OF INDEPENDENCE

This article analyzes the main social problems that arose in Samarkand region during the years of independence. It highlights problems in the fields of employment, education, healthcare and infrastructure and reforms aimed at solving them.
