Description

Subgenus Myzus

Apterous viviparous female: 1) siphunculi not swollen 2) first tarsal segment formula 3:3:3, rarely 3:3:2 3) antennae reaching back to the siphunculi

Alate viviparous female: 1) siphunculi not swollen 2) first tarsal segment formula 3:3:2, rarely 3:3:3 3) cross bars fused into a patch

First instar nymphs with spinules on hind tibiae (Fig. 7b)
