Arredondo Bay Benthic Survey with Towed Video-Diver (TVD)

17 high-definition videos (1080p, 60 fps), recorded across various transects using a towed video-diver to sample the substrate types and benthic communities in Arredondo Bay. Additionally, this repository includes the R code used (Full_code.r) for the data analysis and the video annotations in CSV format (video_annotations_Biigle.csv), as exported from Biigle. These resources provide a complete framework for replicating the analysis and exploring the data in greater detail. Moreover, a drone video is also included (by Maike Friedrich), illustrating how the towed video-diver was deployed and operated in the field. This video provides a visual context for the methodology used during the survey, offering insight into the logistics and process of the data collection.
