Reflectivity datasets and refnx jupyter notebook containing model description and parametrisation used for the constrained fit of 18 neutron reflectivity datasets on the penetration of the antibiotic polymyxin B in per-deuterated asymmetric in-vitro models of the Gram-negative bacterial outer membrane. Including plots of fits, SLD profiles, volume fractions, corner plots of the result from the Bayesian error analysis and the table of fitted values.
