Effects of temperature on the relationship between biodiversity-ecosystem functioning data
-----------------------------------------
csv file corresponding to the fit of a logistic model to the growth rate data
of the 24 species, 6 levels of richness and the 8 temperatures and 10 replicates for the richness levels 2,4,8,16.
with 7 columns.
- S : The richness level 1,2,4,8,16
- Species: The species letter code for the richness level 1
- Replicate: Replicate levels. 24 replicates at richness level 1 and 10 replicates from S = 2 to S = 24
- T: Temperature levels, 8 levels from 10 to 40 degrees (10, 15, 20, 25, 27.5 30, 35, 40)
- TK: Temperature levels in Kelvin.
- r: growth rate determined for each specie community using the logistic model (h-1)
- K: Yield (OD600) estimated as the carrying capacity from the logistic model.

Composition of the higher richness level (S=24) at the end of the biodiversity-ecosystem functioning experiment data
---------------------------------------
Results from the composition of the higher richness level (S=24) at the end of the biodiversity-ecosystem functioning experiment data at temperatures of 10, 20, 40 degrees, as a csv file.
with 11 columns:

- Sps: the species letter code of each of the 24 different strains
- T: Temperature levels (10, 20, 40)
-RelAbu: Relative abundance of each species at each temperature and replicate level that were present at the end of the experiment
-YieldO: total yield (OD600) observed at each temperature and replicate level
-Yoi:Yield observed for each species estimated with the YieldO and relative abundance.
-Replicate: Replicates levels (10) from F2 to F11
-Yield_mono: Yield (OD600) observed for each species at each temperature in monoculture
-r_mono: Growth rate (h-1) observed for each species at each temperature in monoculture
-Topt: temperature at which each different species performs at the maximum rate
-umax: Growth rate (h-1) for each species at the Topt
-YieldE: Yield expected (OD600). It is the yield that we expect to observe in the community estimated as the average of the monoculture yields for the component species of the community.

Linking the thermal traits of species with the impact of temperature on ecosystem functioning data
---------------------------------------
Results from the effect of temperature on ecosystem functioning observed for communities reconciling from species thermal traits as a csv file.
with 5 columns:

-YieldO: Yield observed (OD600) for each community at each richness level (4 levels, from 2 to 16), temperature (8 levels from 10 to 40) and replicate (10 levels from 1:10)
-TOpt: average optimal temperature of the species composing each community
- T: Temperature levels (10, 15, 20, 25, 27.5 30, 35, 40)
-Replicate: Replicate levels (10)
-S: number of species composing each community (4 levels from 2 to 16)

Thermal tolerance of 24 bacteria taxa
---------------------------------------
Results with the growth rate values extracted from the logistic growth curves for each temperature and bacteria taxa that allow the fitting of the thermal tolerance curves for each taxa.
with 4 columns:
-Sps: the species letter code of each of the 24 different strains
- T: Temperature levels, 10 levels from 10 to 50 degrees (10, 15, 20, 25, 27.5 30, 35, 40, 45, 50)
- TK: Temperature levels in Kelvin.
- lnr: Growth rate (h-1) observed for each species at each temperature.
