E-RIHS IP D2.6 Updated E-RIHS Rules of Procedure

This deliverable presents the updated Rules of Procedure of E-RIHS ERIC, revising the previous version published in 2020. These Rules serve as the operational framework for the European Research Infrastructure for Heritage Science as a European Research Infrastructure Consortium (hereinafter referred to as E-RIHS ERIC). The Rules shall be read in conjunction with the E-RIHS ERIC Statutes. In the event of any contradiction, the Statutes shall take precedence.

This updated version of the Rules of Procedure is drafted to guide the functioning of E-RIHS ERIC, establishing clear guidelines for its functioning and ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.

The Director General will present the Rules of Procedure to the General Assembly for adoption at the launch of the ERIC. This first official version is intended to effectively steer the first months of operation of E-RIHS ERIC, ensuring a smooth and well-structured start.

The Rules of Procedure are to be periodically reviewed by the Director General and approved by the General Assembly, as required by the Statutes.
