Description
Software performing parts of the analysis described in Murschhauser et al.: A high-throughput microscopy method for single-cell analysis of event-time correlations in nanoparticle-induced cell death.
It can be used to create histograms and scatter plots of cell event data to gain further insights.
Example data that can be used with this software is publicly available.
