Description
Daily food choices are integral to health but often contribute to environmental degradation, exacerbating climate change and the global burden of disease. Consumers hold significant potential to drive shifts toward sustainable practices through informed decision-making. In this study, we examine the roles of food attributes, knowledge, attitudes, and information framing in influencing food choices, while also considering the effects of dietary contexts and the interplay of multiple factors. This comprehensive approach aims to provide deeper insights into the mechanisms driving consumer behavior and to support the development of strategies for promoting sustainable dietary patterns.
