The DOERs Project Open Educational Resources (OER) Institutional Survey
Authors/Creators
Description
This survey was created by the DOERs Project, a collaboration between TUS Midlands Midwest, Dundalk Institute of Technology, South East Technological University and Maynooth University.
This project aims to raise awareness of Open Educational Resources (OER) and Open Educational Practices (OEP) in Higher Educational Institutions in Ireland.
This survey was adapted from: "Faculty OER Survey Toolkit" by Shayna Pekala which is licensed under CC BY 4.0. It features four sections: demographic information; knowledge of, and attitudes towards, OER; use of OER; and OER training and supports.
An infographic has been created from the survey results outlining our findings regarding: OER visibility and awareness; OER skills and knowledge; OER quality; and OER culture.
The DOERs project was funded by the National Forum for the Enhancement of Teaching and Learning in Higher Education under the Strategic Alignment of Teaching and Learning Enhancement (SATLE) Funding.
