Supplementry Files for MassCube
Description
Supplementary Data for MassCube publication. Data include
- Mouse_brain_MassCube_output.zip: raw output from MassCube ver. 1.0.16 by re-analyzing the data of the Atlas of the Aging Mouse Brain.
- Experimental_data_benchmarking.zip: a total of eight experimental LC-MS data files used for algorithm benchmarking.
- Manually_labeled_EICs.zip: EICs in .png format for manually labeled experimental data for algorithm benchmarking.
- 41_MetaboLights_data_peak_evaluation.zip: 41 metabolomics studies including 200 individual files from MetaboLights for modeling the distribution of asymmetry factor, Gaussian similarity and noise score.
- Mouse_brain_AD_MA_classification: MassCube phenotype classifier for mouse brain data.
