Metadata associated with: Core Microbiome composition and biogeography from High Arctic and Temperate Clear-Water Lakes

These files include the limnological and environmental metadata associated with the lakes referenced in the related publication (ENH2022EnvironmentalMetadata.xlsx), as well as the core microbiome members calculated for each individual lake and setting (soil, inlet, littoral, limnetic surface, limnetic deep, and outlet, as available), and combined by latitude, as detailed in the publication (ENH2022CoreMicrobiomesByLake.xlsx). True unique lake core members (those not present in soil or inlet samples) are described in the publication and associated Supplementary Materials.
