BEL UMURTQALARI DISK CHURRALARI QAYTALANISHI PROFILAKTIKASIDA UMURTQA TORTISH USULINING AHAMIYATI

Description

Ushbu maqola bel umurtqalari disk churralari qaytalanishining oldini olishga qaratilgan profilaktik yondashuvlarni, xususan, traksion metodlarning samaradorligini o‘rganishga bag‘ishlangan. Bel umurtqa churrasi kasalligining qaytalash holatlari nevrologik va umurtqa kasalliklari bilan og‘rigan bemorlarda hayot sifati pasayishiga sabab bo‘lmoqda. Traksion terapiya - umurtqa pog‘onasiga cho‘zilish ta’sirini beruvchi muolaja bo‘lib, disk churrasining takrorlanishini oldini olishda umurtqa disklariga tushayotgan bosimni kamaytiradi. Maqolada, Mubinaxon-shifo OK klinikasi neyroxirurgiya bo‘limida 2023-2024-yillarda o‘tkazilgan klinik kuzatishlar asosida traksion metodlarning profilaktik jihatlari va bemorlarning reabilitatsiya jarayoniga ta’siri tahlil qilinadi. Maqola, shuningdek, traksion muolajalar yordamida qayta churralanish xavfini kamaytirish imkoniyatlarini ko‘rsatadi va samaradorligini baholaydi.
