- "fastmixture-v0.93.4.zip" contains the software version of 'fastmixture' used in the study.
- "scripts.zip" contains Python scripts to simulate data and to plot demography and admixture figures.

- "trees.zip" contains the trees, demographic models, and ground truths in the simulation study.
